The Lost Season

I was watching (read: rooting for) the New Orleans Hornets versus the Lakers lately and it made me want to revisit some of the Jazz games I shot this year. All but one of these was shot with a 28mm lens. It was an interesting season to say the least. I was sorry to see Jerry Sloan retire. As always thanks for looking.

Utah State Basketball

Among my axes to grind from my Utah State exerience the other day was the fact that there were hardly any places to shoot from. I got out there a few minutes before the game and all the choice spots were taken. The other photogs knew better to get out there early. It was a tough spot to shoot from but I thought the lights kinda worked in this frame. Oh well, lesson learned.

I felt like putting all the sports I have shot with all the other stuff wouldn’t be very good editing so this post is dedicated to some of the sport events I have covered thus far. The slideshows are seperated by sport and specific event (except football because I only shot stills for two games and I didn’t get that many shots from them.) I decided to separate the updates between sports and everything else. So far I have shot 2 football games and a Jazz basketball game. The Jazz game was really fun. I grew up watching the Jazz play so to be shooting one of their games was really exciting for me.
