The first and last time I shot soccer was at least 2 years ago, at the start of my education at Brooks. It was pitiful. The game was at night on a dark UCSB field. I used a 400mm lens with my 5D on a TRIPOD! WTF was I thinking. A bit naive I know. Anyhow the images sucked hard.

Fast forward to yesterday, 2nd time shooting soccer. Here’s the result.

Miles better than the first attempt but thats not saying much. I wish I had the images here in SLC to show how pathetic that first attempt was.
