Galen Vasquez, Exec. Chef at the Palace
Sunday, July 27th, 2008The Palace is this great Cajun restaurant in Santa Barbara. Julie and I have eaten there a few times and the food is phenomenal thanks to this guy, Galen Vasquez, and his talented staff.
